How does it work?

Step 1 - You get in touch with us via DM, email or our chat, making a specific request to research a specific theme in our Automobilia library and resource center.

Step 2 - Once our team received your request, a member will get in touch to give a quote or to ask you more detail about your request.

Step 3 - After making sure there is no technical doubt anymore about the nature of the research which will have to be done, you will receive a payment request from our team through a Paypal link (we only accept payments in US$).

Step 4 - Once your payment is confirmed, our team will start the research ASAP. This will be leading to documentation process and resulting in the creation of the report. This may take a few working days. In case of any doubt during this production time, you can get in touch via email with us.

Step 5 - Finally the report is complete and ready to be released as a .pdf file. Then you will be receiving a notice email from us. Depending on the size of the file, it will be annexed to the email or available to download from a secure download platform via a link included in our email.

Of course, if you are satisfied with our work and would like to get extra personal commission services (such as printable memorabilia or collectibles (customized mugs or t-shirts...) and even high quality framed fine prints based on the visual information included in the released report), it would be a pleasure to discuss all the possibilities with you.
